We’re partnering with a rapidly growing AI & Digital Consulting company based in Brussels, and they’re looking for a talented NLP Engineer / Conversational AI Engineer to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy production-ready NLP and conversational AI pipelines using Python and modern ML/NLP frameworks.
• Design and fine-tune LLMs, classification models, extraction systems, and multilingual NLP solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical NLP architectures.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools (Transformers, RAG frameworks, vector databases, chatbot platforms).

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in NLP, Conversational AI, or language-model development.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, NLP, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Transformers (Hugging Face), spaCy, or similar NLP toolkits
• Familiarity with deploying NLP solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Desirable:

• Experience working in consulting or multi-client project environments.
• Experience leading smaller technical workstreams or mentoring junior engineers.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RAG/Vector DBs, or enterprise chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow).
