Full-Stack Software Developer (LLM-Focus) – Munich | €70-120k

We’re supporting a fast-moving AI startup building an innovative product that relies on ultra-fast, highly reliable backend systems. They’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer who can work end-to-end across backend services, integrations, and production LLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise low-latency, high-concurrency backend systems in Python.
• Develop and maintain real-time streaming architectures powering voice AI applications.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot LLMs in production, ensuring performance and stability.
• Work with GCP to run and scale backend services.
• Integrate APIs, manage databases, and ensure efficient data flow.
• Use monitoring tools like Sentry for debugging and performance insights.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ultra-low latency systems, distributed systems, or high-concurrency architectures.
• Hands-on experience deploying or running LLMs in production.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience integrating APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Sentry.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills, especially in LLM-driven systems.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C++ for low-level or streaming tasks.
• Experience with frontend/UI frameworks (not required).
• Background in data science or machine learning.
