Details:

• Job Summary The Program Manager in HCL will be responsible for overseeing and leading various projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• This role includes managing project teams, implementing agile methodologies, and driving change management initiatives to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a scrum master for agile development teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement through identification and implementation of best practices in project and change management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and communicate project updates and status reports.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and innovation within project teams to achieve project objectives.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, such as scrum, kanban, and lean, with experience in implementing agile practices in project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience in change management techniques and strategies to drive organizational transformation and project success.

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) certification preferred.
