What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in Python development, including the full AI/ML ecosystem.
• Advanced experience in fine-tuning LLM models (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.).
• Proficiency with PEFT techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA for efficient model training.
• Ability to build and optimize machine learning and deep learning pipelines for production use.
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG systems, including chunking, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Milvus).
• Experience creating curated datasets for training, alignment, and performance improvement of AI models.
• Ability to integrate AI models with internal infrastructure, inference pipelines, and APIs to enable scalable deployment.
