JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Product Designer to join our Digital Lending Acquisition team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your design career while working on impactful digital experiences that help customers apply for loans and credit products with confidence. You’ll collaborate with senior designers, digital partners, and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly designs for web and mobile. If you’re passionate about design, accessibility, and learning from experienced mentors, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: · Support end-to-end design for digital lending acquisition flows, from concept to delivery. · Assist with user research and usability testing, gathering insights to inform design decisions. · Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs under guidance from senior designers. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency. · Maintain design system standards and contribute to component libraries. Participate in design critiques, sharing ideas and learning from feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

· 1–3 years of experience in product design, preferably in financial industry. · Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for mobile and web. · Proficient in Figma · Understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
