Role Summary

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll contribute to AWS infrastructure and DevOps automation within agile delivery squads. Under senior mentorship, you’ll build infrastructure as code, support CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot environments, and engage in Well-Architected Reviews. This role offers clear career progression in advanced cloud engineering.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on AWS infrastructure and DevOps implementations
  • Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) and CI/CD automation using AWS CDK or Terraform
  • Support solution design and execution with senior engineer guidance
  • Troubleshoot and automate cloud environment improvements
  • Participate in Well-Architected Reviews with oversight
  • Produce documentation and reusable internal patterns
  • Support positioning of data engineering or AI-related AWS solutions


Must-Have Skills

  • Solid AWS fundamentals (networking, IAM, security, compute, storage)
  • Experience with AWS CDK or Terraform
  • Familiarity with ECS, EKS, or Lambda
  • CI/CD pipeline experience
  • 1–2+ years in cloud, DevOps, or software engineering roles
  • Strong eagerness to learn and grow rapidly
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • AWS Professional certification (Solutions Architect Pro or DevOps Pro)


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Additional AWS certifications
  • Experience with observability/monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog)
  • Familiarity with containerization or serverless architectures
  • Exposure to data engineering and AI workloads (data pipelines, analytics, AI automation)
