Our client is a Vienna-based SaaS start-up, providing a digital platform used across the construction and field-operations industry. The product streamlines complex workflows across mobile, web, and desktop, replacing manual processes with intuitive, digital experiences.

They combine a small, close-knit Vienna team with distributed development and testing teams abroad, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile culture. With a focus on practical usability, they avoid bureaucracy while delivering high-value, customer-centered solutions.

🎨 More about the role

• By joining the team, you’ll have full ownership over design decisions, shape the user experience across multiple platforms, and directly influence the product roadmap.
• You will have end-to-end ownership of features across mobile, web, and desktop, maintaining and evolving the design system.
• You will collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and testers in an agile setup, while ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the product.

💻 Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex digital products.
• Deep expertise in Figma and design systems, building scalable, reusable components.
• Solid understanding of user experience methods: personas, user journeys, usability testing, and iterative design.
• Experience working in Scrum/Kanban teams and collaborating with distributed development teams.
• Ability to simplify complex systems, connect user needs with business goals, and create intuitive interfaces.
• Fluent English, German skills are a plus.
• Soft skills: autonomous, organized, detail-oriented, and able to give and receive constructive feedback.
