Sr Associate HR - Key Talent Programs / Talent Platforms

What You Will Do

Join our Amgen Global Talent Management COE as a member of the agile operational team. The team provides project and specialist support to ensure the successful development and deployment of talent management (TM) strategies and programs.

70% Coordinator, Key Talent Programs

  • Logistical & administrative coordination of Global Key Talent Programs (tasks include event planning, annual calendar scheduling, preparation of program delivery materials, and ownership of activities tracker).
  • Preparation and tracking of program metrics.
  • Apply and maintain program files and records to ensure optimal employee experience and provide high-quality information
  • Internal & external vendor coordination & communication
  • Facilitation partnership for program activities
  • Project Support for continuous improvement initiatives

30% Additional Talent Management Activities

  • Preparation and distribution of HR KPI Metrics
  • Support annual Key Talent Processes

What We Expect From You

We seek a team player focused on service and delivery. You should be a strong communicator, able to resolve conflicts effectively, prioritize tasks logically, and simplify complex processes for desired results.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
  • Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity
  • Sophisticated competence using MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint
  • Experience in event coordination
  • Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context
  • Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations
  • Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus

Preferred Requirements

  • Broad understanding of TM processes in organizations
  • Production and analysis of TM data
  • Competent in the use and creation of internal collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint)
