What You Will Do

70% Coordinator, Key Talent Programs
- Logistical & administrative coordination of Global Key Talent Programs (tasks include event planning, annual calendar scheduling, preparation of program delivery materials, and ownership of activities tracker).
- Preparation and tracking of program metrics.
- Apply and maintain program files and records to ensure optimal employee experience and provide high-quality information
- Internal & external vendor coordination & communication
- Facilitation partnership for program activities
- Project Support for continuous improvement initiatives
- Preparation and distribution of HR KPI Metrics
- Support annual Key Talent Processes
What We Expect From You
We seek a team player focused on service and delivery. You should be a strong communicator, able to resolve conflicts effectively, prioritize tasks logically, and simplify complex processes for desired results.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer support in an internal capacity at a large organization
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High-quality handling and solving customer queries and problems
- Collaboration skills (internally and externally) and initiative/proactivity
- Sophisticated competence using MS Office – in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint
- Experience in event coordination
- Exposure to working with data and metrics in the HR context
- Exposure to TM processes and programs at large organizations
- Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Broad understanding of TM processes in organizations
- Production and analysis of TM data
- Competent in the use and creation of internal collaboration sites (e.g. SharePoint)
