Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Law of a university in Turkey, preferably located in Istanbul,
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience,
• Excellent command of English – both written and spoken, with strong ability to use it effectively in a business context,
• Preferably experienced as an in-house counsel in a corporate company within a similar industry or in a reputable law firm,
• Preferably experienced in e-commerce law, personal data protection law, consumer law, and advertising law.

Job Description:

• Drafting and revising contracts,
• Preparing and updating all types of template agreements and documents for internal company use,
• Managing, following up, and finalizing all legal, administrative, and criminal cases or investigations initiated by or against the company,
• Initiating, managing, and concluding enforcement proceedings, as well as following up on seizure procedures,
• Providing legal and procedural awareness within the company through internal trainings,
• Preparing and/or revising internal company regulations, documents, and templates,
• Preparing, registering, and publishing articles of association, shareholders’ and board of directors’ resolutions; issuing powers of attorney and signature circulars,
• Providing legal consultancy on matters required by the company and coordinating with external law firms when necessary,
• Offering legal guidance and consultancy to company departments, particularly on e-commerce law, personal data protection, consumer law, and advertising law,
• Reporting directly to the Legal Director.
