We’re hiring a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of a large-scale Mobility as a Service (MaaS) platform. You’ll lead multiple streams (Mobile, Backend, Frontend, Integration) and ensure technical excellence across the platform. Strong expertise in microservices, cloud-native development, and mobile platforms is required.

• Own technical architecture/design for the MaaS super-app platform
• Lead teams implementing microservices, API-first architecture (REST/GraphQL)
• Oversee integration with 20+ external systems (government digital platforms, identity/auth, banks, operators)
• Define coding standards, review process, and engineering best practices
• Drive tech decisions across mobile, backend, frontend, and integrations
• Lead cloud implementation on Azure (UAE regions) and ensure scalability/reliability
• Ensure platform meets 99.9% uptime and performance SLAs (API latency ≤ 500ms)
• Mentor senior engineers and conduct technical reviews across workstreams

• 12+ years in software development; 5+ years in technical leadership
• Strong microservices + API design (REST/GraphQL)
• Mobile experience: iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin)
• Backend expertise: Node.js / Java / Python / .NET
• Cloud experience (preferably Microsoft Azure)
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift
• CI/CD + DevOps practices
• Security best practices (OAuth, JWT, encryption)
• Payment integrations + PCI-DSS awareness
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS or related field

• Government / large-scale public sector programs
• GIS/maps, real-time tracking
• AI/ML integration exposure
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Transport/mobility domain experience
