Key Responsibilities

•       Design, develop, and deploy services on the TAMM OS platform for government service delivery.

•       Integrate TAMM services with internal and external systems, databases, and APIs.

•       Customize and configure TAMM workflows, forms, and service journeys.

•       Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to understand and implement service requirements.

•       Ensure services comply with Abu Dhabi government standards and TAMM platform guidelines.

•       Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.

•       Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation.

•       Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Requirements

•       5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years on the TAMM platform (strongly preferred).

•       Deep understanding of TAMM OS architecture, services framework, and integration patterns.

•       Strong experience with .NET, Java, or similar backend technologies.

•       Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services.

•       Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and data integration.

•       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•       Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Nice to Have

•       Experience with Abu Dhabi government digital initiatives and ADSIC/ADDA standards.

•       Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
