We’re looking for a Design Lead (UI/UX) to drive the end-to-end user experience for a large-scale Mobility as a Service (MaaS) super-app . You’ll design a bilingual (English/Arabic) experience with RTL support, strong accessibility compliance, and a scalable design system across iOS, Android, and web.

Key Responsibilities

Own UX/UI strategy and deliverables for iOS/Android/Web
Lead user research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI
Design bilingual English/Arabic interfaces with RTL support
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG/inclusive design)
Build and maintain design system + component library
Design map-based UX (journey planning, real-time context, multimodal flows)
Partner with Product/Engineering for pixel-perfect implementation
Mentor designers and present design solutions to stakeholders

Requirements

10+ years UI/UX with 4+ years in leadership
Strong portfolio (mobile + web)
Expert in Figma (Sketch/Adobe XD acceptable)
Proven Arabic/English bilingual + RTL product design experience
Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design
Experience with research/testing and data-driven iteration
Familiarity with iOS HIG and Material Design

Nice to Have

Public sector / large-scale programs
Transport/mobility apps, maps-heavy UX
Motion/micro-interactions, AR/VR navigation exposure
Arabic proficiency
