Job Title: Senior PHP Developer
Salary: £45-£53k
Location: Solihull/Remote
Role: To develop and maintain web applications using PHP, working on legacy CodeIgniter systems and new Laravel projects. Delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business requirements in a friendly team of Developers, Designers and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel/CodeIgniter.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise performance.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience using PHP and related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with MySQL.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
