Job Description – Project Manager (Wealth Management)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Project Management to lead the design and delivery of customer-centric digital journeys in Wealth Management and Retail Banking The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building seamless digital experiences for wealth platforms or servicing channels with a deep understanding of customer engagement UX and agile product development.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end to end product lifecycle for digital wealth and servicing journeys from ideation to delivery and optimization

Collaborate with cross functional teams including UXUI designers analysts developers and business stakeholders to define and deliver intuitive customer experiences

Conduct market and customer research to inform product vision and roadmap

Translate customer needs into product features and user stories ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements

Drive agile ceremonies and backlog grooming ensuring timely delivery of product increments

Monitor product performance and customer feedback to iterate and improve journeys

Ensure scalability and localization of journeys across multiple markets with a focus on Singapore
