Agile Scrum Master

I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add a Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to their team!

Location: Remote - Must be in EST time zone

Contract Duration: 12 months

Pay rate: $45-52/hr

*Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder*

About this role:

• Project-manage cross-functional teams by working closely with all aspects of the product development community
• Provide weekly project and scrum team status report
• Enforce the capturing of productivity metrics, raise and address gaps, early escalation, and effective reporting of progress and accomplishments
• Provide Agile coaching for scrum team members

Experience:

• 5+ years of agile project management experience
• Experience leading at least 2 scrum teams at once
• Jira + Confluence experience
• Can do sprint reports, understands velocity, burndown, points remaining/overcommitment
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent professional experience required
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Process improvement and business transformation
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
