About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer with deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and distributed middleware, along with strong familiarity with crypto exchange or high-performance trading systems.Experience operating AI/ML workloads is a strong plus.You will architect, build, and maintain mission-critical systems powering our hybrid cloud and crypto infrastructure, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS (EKS, EC2, ECS, IAM, S3, VPC, ALB, etc.)
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production environments
  • Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for consistent deployments
  • Build and maintain secure cloud environments following best practices
  • Distributed Systems & Performance
  • Operate and optimize middleware such as Kafka, Redis, and time-series databases
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, latency bottlenecks, and service outages
  • Ensure observability through robust logging, monitoring, and alerting systems
  • Automation & CI/CD
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
  • Improve reliability and performance through developer collaboration and automation
  • Crypto & AI (Preferred)
  • Operate or support blockchain nodes, validator infrastructure, or distributed ledger systems
  • Support AI/ML workloads, GPU infrastructure, or model-serving pipelines


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
  • Strong expertise with AWS cloud services
  • Hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS or self-managed)
  • Proven experience with Terraform and IaC best practices
  • Strong Linux systems knowledge with excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash, Rust, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPC, DNS, load balancing, firewalls)
  • Experience operating middleware or distributed systems
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong ownership mindset; comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of blockchain networking, consensus mechanisms, node architecture, or validator operations
  • Experience in crypto exchanges, trading platforms, brokers, or fintech infrastructure
  • Experience supporting AI/GPU infrastructure, LLM ops, or ML model-serving workflows
  • Security expertise: HSM, IAM hardening, secrets management, zero-trust networking, or vulnerability remediation
  • Familiarity with incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems for high-availability trading systems
