Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic System Engineer – Windows Server :

• Administer, maintain, and update the bank’s Antimalware/EDR platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for system and security teams.
• Adjust exclusions, policies, and advanced features (including AI) to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage vendor communication and follow-up.
• Perform daily operations and provide Level 3 support.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and cross-team coordination.
• Improve and enhance the reliability of existing systems.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and support system-related issues.
• Prepare documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams.
• Stay up to date with new features and parameters that enhance overall security.

How do we imagine our System Engineer – Windows Server ?

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server (2016–2025).
• Strong experience deploying and managing EDR/Antimalware tools (ideally on-prem).
• Solid troubleshooting skills related to Antimalware impacts.
• Good PowerShell knowledge.
• Knowledge of VMware and Linux.
• Understanding of security and cybersecurity practices.
• Optional: familiarity with networks, DNS, web proxies, and firewalls.
• Strong ability to integrate within teams and work collaboratively.
• High autonomy, initiative, and multitasking ability.
• Respect for existing administrative processes and structures.
• Fluency in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
