- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Support the Test Lead in developing comprehensive test plans, schedules, and phase readiness activities, while coordinating testing across functional, technical, integration, and business workstreams.
- Ensure all test environments, user access, test data, and tools are properly prepared for each testing phase, and collaborate with business teams to gather, refine, and document business scenarios.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test scripts aligned with defined requirements and business processes.
- Oversee daily test execution across ST, SIT, FAT, and UAT cycles, facilitating defect triage sessions with system integrators, solution teams, and the Test Lead.
- Monitor test progress and defect trends, ensuring defects are logged accurately, prioritized, retested, and closed.
- Support verification of fixes and assist testers throughout execution activities.
- Work closely with Business, Solution, Data, Integration, and Vendor teams to align test scope and timelines.
- Assist in UAT preparation, including user onboarding, guidance, and coordination of execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams and partners during ST, SIT, and FAT activities, acting as a central point of contact for testers and escalating risks, blockers, and dependencies to the Test Lead.
- Maintain test cases, scripts, execution logs, traceability matrices, and defect documentation.
- Support the creation of test status reports, dashboards, and test summary documentation.
- Contribute to enhancing testing templates, processes, and documentation standards.
