📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland | 🕐 Full-time | 🗓️ Long-term contract

📜 Certificates

At least one VALID certificates of the following :

• PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PM2 Essential
• PM2 Advanced
• or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)

💼 Description of the Role

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and oversee ICT projects across their full lifecycle.
• Ensure milestones are met and deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, PM2, PRINCE2, etc.) to keep projects structured and efficient.
• Assure quality of deliverables and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
• Liaise with Project Boards and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks, motivating your project team to deliver excellence.
• Produce project management artefacts (plans, schedules, logs, reports).
• Conduct project meetings, present progress reports, and ensure transparency at all levels.

🧠 Minimum Requirements (Must-Haves)

🎓 Education

• ICT-relevant Master's degree.

💼 Experience & Expertise

• ICT project management experience.
• Proven success in leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PM2, PMP, etc.).
• Understanding of IT and its application to business needs.
• Experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment in EU/public sector environments.
• Previous work experience in the public sector, preferably in EU Institutions or International Organisations.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive continuous improvements.
• Conflict management and resolution skills.
• Fluent English (C1); French is an asset.
