Job Title: Android Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality Android applications
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences
• Implement UI features using Jetpack Compose and modern Android libraries
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and maintain app stability
• Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and learning

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java
• Experience working with Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack components and Jetpack Compose
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Solid understanding of Android lifecycle, UI components, and app architecture patterns

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of MVVM or similar architectural patterns
• Familiarity with reactive frameworks (e.g., RxJava, Coroutines + Flow)
• Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and UI automation tools
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000– $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
