About the Role

Gathering, analyzing, discovering, and interpreting data to help regional teams make business decisions for an operational and strategic level. Taking ownership of complex data projects, designing advanced BI solutions, and actively shaping business strategies with data-driven insights. Develop and support robust teamwork between regional analytic consumers and global distributed data platform team. Develop and support self BI practice for regional teams.

📍Location: Remote BUT work regarding with LatAm time.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Metabase)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
• To be participate for develop and manage data pipelines and workflows to streamline data integration and processing in cooperation with global data teams
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Support senior analysts and data engineers on larger projects, contributing to strategic initiatives as part of a distributed global analytical team
• Interact with key regional stakeholders, and the implementation of methodologies and analytical tools developed jointly with VBet’s global analytics teams

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or a related fields
• At least two years of experience in a relevant position (iGaming, online products, e-commerce)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets, knowledge in data discovering methodology
• Understanding of metrics related to online business (web, product, CRM, general financial)
• SQL upper-intermediate skills
• Experience with Tableau and other BI instruments
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Proactive communication and presentation skills to communicate with team members, external data providers, and C level
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Additional language skills are a plus (Ukrainian, Portuguese)
