What we do in our team?

Autonomous vehicles and their surrounding ecosystem are important areas in the strategy of MAN and our partners. Together with digitalization and electrification, they form the building blocks of the future product lineup.

To control, monitor and assist the self-driving vehicles on the road, a cloud system is needed which connects and collects many different data sources. To operate fleets of autonomous commercial vehicles from a central place, the right data needs to be process and available at the right time at the right place. This helps in establishing the use case for our customers to easily and economically use autonomous vehicles (AV's). We are searching people to participate in the creation of these key components to help build the autonomous future.

SAFe Scum Masters are servant leaders who facilitate team events and processes and support agile teams in delivering value. They coach the team in Scrum, built-in-quality, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ensure that the agreed agile processes are followed. They also help to remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow and relentless improvement.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Serve as a mirror to the team, coaching the team and organization regarding lean and modern agile mindset
• Ensure that the team has a transparent work model.
• Promote a safe, fault-tolerant environment that facilitates learning from mistakes.
• Enabling team to reach self-organization and work productively.
• Responsible for agile artefacts, enabling the team to find the best agile frameworks (if necessary) and/or methods that meet their characteristics and stages.
• Enabling the team in conducting group dynamics and agile ceremonies.
• Be updated to teach and mentor the team and organization, participate in internal and external communities to promote continuous improvements in the team’s day-to-day activities.
• Promote synergy between teams.
• Provide support to Product Owner.
• Responsible for helping the team to maintain the big picture.
• Keep team motivated and having a sustainable environment
  
  

What requirements are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience;
• Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable job expertise;
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master in an international, hybrid (Onsite and Home office) context;
• Experience in moderating and facilitating workshops;
• Excellent knowledge of methods such as Scrum, Kanban and ideally the Safe framework;
• Experience with online collaboration tools (preferably Mural and Atlassian products);
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
