Location: Brussels
On-site: 2 days per week

Role Overview
Our banking client in Brussels is seeking a Business Data Analyst to join the Current Account team. This role combines analytics with business leadership—driving initiatives, ensuring governance compliance, and delivering insights that improve forecasting and prevent overshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support business-side projects, ensuring governance standards are met
- Build and maintain dashboards in Cognos for clear visibility of key metrics
- Analyze data to identify gaps in product usage and provide actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine forecasting processes and improve accuracy
- Manage reporting, requirements gathering, and validation of deliverables
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst in banking or financial services
- Hands-on expertise with Cognos
- Ability to drive business-side initiatives and navigate governance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Language Requirement
- Dutch or French (mandatory)
