How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for risk quantification tools and models
  • Align product objectives with regulatory requirements, internal risk policies, and strategic business goals
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging practices in risk modelling
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity of scope and alignment with stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with risk modelling teams, risk managers, IT developers, and data specialists to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and manage enhancements to maintain product reliability
  • Ensure all products comply with IFRS 9, Basel regulations, and internal risk governance standards
  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and model validation processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to product functionality, data integrity, and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business, risk, and technology stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and validate deliverables
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and support teams


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • Strong understanding of credit risk concepts (PD, LGD, EAD, CCF) and IFRS 9 ECL methodology
  • Experience with risk modelling, stress testing, or regulatory capital frameworks
  • Proven track record as a Product Owner or similar role in financial services
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
