HR Coordinator
We are Renewables is looking for a candidate for one of our clients in the education industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and priorities within the HR team.
- Optimize HR processes and workflows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR officers and the payroll administrator.
- Support and coach team members in independently organizing their work.
- Act as a sparring partner and process monitor for the HR team.
- Initiate improvement initiatives during HR team meetings.
- Guide team interventions and promote effective collaboration.
- Maintain oversight and ensure consistency in HR process execution.
- Contribute to the continuous professionalization of the HR team.
- Align operational HR activities with strategic HR objectives.
Requirements
- Completed a relevant higher education degree and have extensive experience in a comparable HR coordination or senior HR officer role.
- Demonstrable experience in optimizing, standardizing and digitizing HR processes.
- A natural focus on continuous improvement and encouraging a learning, professional team culture.
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to guide team members towards greater independence and ownership.
- Organizational sensitivity and a well-developed sense of proportion in a complex, matrix-driven organization.
- Results-oriented and systematic work style; you maintain an overview and are not afraid to make decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (Dutch).
- Experience with Youforce is a plus.
