The Role
Join our growing Dashboards team as a Fullstack Software Engineer and help shape a new generation of data visualization tools powered by Neo4j. You’ll build intuitive, performant, and visually engaging interfaces that let users explore, analyze, and gain insights from graph data.

What You'll Do
- Build data-driven interfaces: Design and implement frontend features that help users create and explore interactive dashboards on top of their Neo4j databases.
- Work across the stack: Focus primarily on React and TypeScript, but work across the stack to work on supporting services built in Go. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with UX designers, product managers, and engineers from across Neo4j’s ecosystem to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Own features end-to-end: From ideation and prototyping to implementation, testing, and release you’ll have autonomy and responsibility for the impact you deliver.
- Shape the future: As one of the early engineers on this product, your work will directly influence how users interact with Neo4j data in visual and intuitive ways.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Svelte, or Vue.js).
- A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, distributed team environment.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a flexible software development environment.
- Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership over your work.
- At least 2 years of experience with modern front-end development.
- Familiarity with Go or other backend languages.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Familiarity with k8s.
- Experience with dev ops.
- Background in data visualization or working with complex data structures.
- Understanding of Neo4j or graph data concepts.
- A degree in a Computer Science or Software Engineering related field.
