- Partner with product management to manage backlog priorities and customer requirements while remaining hands-on with coding complex systems.

- Create and manage Scrum metrics such as Burndown, Velocity Trend, and Release Burn Down.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, regarding issues, strategy, risk, and ongoing operations.
- Drive day-to-day execution with strong project management skills as a Scrum Master.
- Coach, mentor, and train team members on core agile principles such as collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and visibility.
- Manage projects using approved Jira boards or Kanban, providing visibility to stakeholders.
- Guide the team in using Scrum best practices and improving the Scrum way of working.
- Maintain project dashboards for business and management reporting purposes.
- Support Product Owner(s) in backlog maintenance and facilitate Scrum events like Roadmap Planning, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Daily Standups.
- Contribute to the agile community by speaking at meetups and conferences and sharing experiences.
- Validate technical architecture by asking relevant questions and coordinate people and projects effectively to deliver on objectives.
- Foster an ownership culture within the team and thrive in an environment with a high degree of change.
- Engage with product owners/managers to implement new Scrum frameworks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile software development environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.
- Experience in coaching and developing agile capabilities within a team.
- Certification in Scrum such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and web development technologies.
- Ability to remove impediments for the Scrum team and ensure adherence to agile principles.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive successful Scrum practices within the team.
