Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine product backlogs.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity.
- Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Proven experience in coaching teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is highly preferred.
- Background in software development or technical project management is a plus.
