In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for core website and online services.

This is a key role in an established digital team, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end product outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for website and online channels
• Oversee enhancements to navigation, accessibility, content structure and user experience
• Drive data-informed decision making using analytics and customer insights
• Collaborate with UX, design, engineering, content and communications teams
• Ensure digital governance standards are met (accessibility, quality, performance)
• Provide clear communication and product updates to stakeholders

Ideally you will have the following:

• Experience as a Product Manager across website or online products
• Strong understanding of platforms, digital experience principles and web technologies
• Ability to work across UX, content, engineering and business teams
• Confidence shaping product roadmaps and prioritising competing demands
• Experience with analytics, insights and data-driven decision making
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative, organised and delivery-focused approach
