We are looking for a Network Infrastructure Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Braine L'Alleud, Belgium.

Eligibility:
- Candidate must have resided in Portugal for at least the past 5 years.
- Portuguese citizenship is mandatory.
- Candidate must be prepared to obtain NATO security clearance upon accepting the job offer (with Hexa coordination).
Key Responsibilities:
Working under the guidance of the Head of Network Management, but with a high degree of autonomy, you will:
- Provide first and second-line network cabling support to the Service Centre.
- Diagnose and resolve network cabling incidents and problems.
- Perform installation, moves, and changes to network patching and circuits.
- Monitor access layer network systems and proactively address potential cabling issues.
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cabling systems.
- Operate Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for new client device installations, moves, and changes.
- Support security assessment preparation with network cabling activities.
- Act as technical lead for standalone internet lines and carrier connectivity setups.
- Supervise and escort external ICT service providers on-site.
- Take lead in Passive Network Infrastructure (PNWI) cabling activities.
- Carry out any other tasks related to network cabling as needed.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant field with 4 years of experience, or
- Secondary education with 6 years of related experience.
- At least 4 years of recent experience with LAN cabling and Passive Network Infrastructure (PNWI) systems.
- Minimum 4 years of CCNA-level experience supporting Access Layer environments.
- At least 2 years working with Cisco ISE for client device commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Minimum 1 year monitoring Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) or Cisco Catalyst Center (CCC).
- Experience with Cisco Wireless Access Points and making related configuration changes.
- Solid understanding of DNS and DHCP systems.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in international environments (military or civilian).
- Proficiency in French for communicating with local service providers.
- Working knowledge of ITIL practices.
- Experience integrating with Crypto systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft IPAM.
