Job Description

As Program Manager – Commercial Transformation, you will lead initiatives to redesign buying and category management processes, align with organizational design changes, and implement new reporting methodologies.

Your role:

  • Drive and organize the Commercial Processes program under the guidance of the Integration Director: Strategy & Transformation.
  • Ensure structured coordination with the Organizational Design stream, aligning process redesign with future roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain clear visibility of interdependence between Commercial, Finance, and Digitech.
  • Work closely with Buying and Category Management Directors to identify and map existing processes requiring change (article lifecycle management, margin reporting, pricing & promotions, supplier funding).
  • Ensure documentation of as-is and to-be processes in a standardized format and track all changes for traceability.
  • Manipulate or request analysis of commercial and financial data to validate assumptions and business cases.
  • Identify implications of new stock evaluation methodology on commercial reporting and define requirements for updated dashboards and KPIs.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions between business, finance, and IT teams to co-create solutions.
  • Support communication of new processes and reporting standards to stakeholders and ensure adoption.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program/project governance.
  • Business experience in Food Retail (direct or as consultant/PM).
  • Good understanding of buying and category management processes (margin, mark-ups, promo, EDLP).
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good command of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in retail industry transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with BPM tools and process mapping.
  • Previous involvement in merger & acquisition or multi-country programs.
