This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Product Designer at Yappi. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end product design processes. Day-to-day tasks include developing user-centered designs, conducting user research, applying design thinking principles, and creating visually compelling and functional product designs. The position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and deliver effective digital solutions that align with business goals.

• Experience in Visual Design and crafting aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces.
• Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to approach creative challenges with innovative solutions.
• Strong skills in User Research and UX Research for understanding user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
• Expertise in Product Design and a proven track record of delivering impactful and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in UX/UI design or product design is required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in remote, global teams is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
