Fullstack Developer

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our growing

team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies,

excellent communication skills, and a good grasp of software design and architecture principles.

You’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-performing web applications that deliver business

impact.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them

into technical solutions.

Architect system components with an emphasis on maintainability, reusability, and

performance.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and technical guidelines.
Work closely with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
Proactively identify technical risks and propose solutions.

Required Skills

Frontend: Strong experience with React.js / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3,

JavaScript/TypeScript.

Backend: Proficiency in Python with frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI.
Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,

MongoDB).

API: Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Architecture: Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and modular

architectures.

DevOps: Experience with Docker, CI/CD tools, Git, and cloud platforms like

AWS/GCP/Azure.

Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools and frameworks.

Nice To Have

Exposure to serverless architectures or container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence.
