Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum framework.

Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.

Collaborate with Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog.

Track and report key metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.

Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience in SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.

Background in software development or project management.
