About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled UX Developer to join our UK engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in .NET, C#, and XAML, with hands-on experience modernising and upgrading WPF UI applications. You will work closely with designers, product owners, and developers to deliver intuitive, modern, and high-performance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, refine, and implement user interfaces using WPF, C#, and XAML.
• Lead and contribute to UI modernisation and WPF upgrade initiatives.
• Work with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Ensure consistent visual standards, usability, and accessibility across the application.
• Collaborate closely with .NET engineers to integrate UI with backend functionality.
• Improve UI performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong professional experience with .NET development.
• Proficiency in C#, XAML, and WPF.
• Demonstrated experience upgrading or modernising legacy WPF UI.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
