We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team on a permanent, fully-remote basis within the UK. You will design, build, deploy, and maintain machine-learning solutions that support key product and business initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of ML fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine-learning models across supervised, unsupervised, or deep-learning domains.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze data to support ML workflows.
- Build scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Conduct model validation, error analysis, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams.
- Deploy models in production environments (APIs, microservices, or cloud-based infrastructures).
- Maintain documentation, ensure reproducibility, and follow ML best practices.
- Support continuous improvement of ML systems and processes.
- Legal right to work in the UK (mandatory). No sponsorship available now or in the future.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Understanding of ML concepts including feature engineering, model selection, training, and evaluation.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Familiarity with data-manipulation libraries such as pandas, NumPy.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
