AI Engineer (Freelance Contract – Future Project Roles Starting January)

We are preparing to scale our AI project portfolio in January and are seeking expressions of interest from experienced AI Engineers for freelance, project-based contract roles. About the Future Roles

These roles will be freelance contracts, aligned to specific project scopes. Assignments may involve designing AI system architecture, building and deploying machine learning pipelines, integrating models into production environments, and supporting performance optimisation. Formal engagement will begin closer to January, but we are initiating conversations now to build our talent pipeline.

What We Look For

• Proven experience in AI engineering, including end-to-end model lifecycle management
• Strong proficiency in Python and commonly used AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, automation pipelines, and scalable deployment patterns
• Ability to operate independently within a contract environment while collaborating with distributed teams
• Clear communication of technical rationale, architectural decisions, and project implications
