In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services. We are seeking an innovative and technically adept Agentic AI Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of next-generation agentic AI systems. This role is pivotal in transitioning from traditional AI models to dynamic, autonomous agents capable of reasoning, tool integration, and multi-step problem-solving.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI design patterns, including structured outputs, function calling, and intelligent workflow orchestration.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities where agentic AI can drive value.
• Translate complex requirements into technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on the potential of agentic AI to enhance customer experiences and efficiency.
• Define success metrics, ensuring AI solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on agentic AI capabilities
• Managing the whole robot lifecycle from the moment the new initiative is entered by the business, through development, release, and deployment until the decommissioning of the robots.
• Developing new automation use cases with the UiPath suite and RPA frameworks.
• Performing unit, regression, and non-regression testing as well as SITs and UATs.
• Providing hyper care and support to production robots.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience with cross-functional teams, collaborating with stakeholders from diverse departments.
• Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages for agentic AI engineering. (Python, Mojo, Rust, Go, Julia, and TypeScript are preferred.)
• Deep understanding of automation technologies and RPA development.
• Proficiency in using the UiPath suite, including Orchestrator, Studio, Robots, and AI Units.
• Proven ability to build custom automation solutions, adhering to development best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• UiPath certification or other is a plus.
• Familiarity with item tracking in Azure DevOps is a plus.
