Medior Product Designer (Hybrid Product & Brand)

We’re looking for a full-time Medior Product Designer to join our studio in Amsterdam, working within our flexible hybrid work culture (roughly 2 days per week in the studio, 3 days remote). You’ll work closely with our lead designer and the founding team, shaping both the product and the brand of AIAIAI.eu.

What this role is all about 

This isn’t a place where your designs get stuck in long approval chains. At AIAIAI.eu, your work lands quickly and directly shapes the platform thousands of people interact with. You’ll spend around 75% of your time on product design — flows, components, systems, testing — and 25% on brand and marketing work that brings our vision to life externally. 

You’ll collaborate directly with our lead designer and founding team, giving you rare insight into product direction and the freedom to influence it. One day you’re refining a design system component; the next, you’re designing a landing page for a feature launch or reviewing a newly developed flow. It’s dynamic and hands-on, and you’ll grow quickly through exposure, collaboration, and real ownership. 

What you’ll do 

• Turn concepts and briefings into polished, production-ready UI and components 
• Maintain, refine, and guard our design system (tokens, variants, patterns) 
• Work closely with developers in daily standups and async reviews 
• Collaborate directly with the founding team on product and brand initiatives 
• Test released features to ensure design and business alignment 
• Switch comfortably between deep product work and creative brand/marketing tasks 

Must-haves 

• Proficient in Figma with strong knowledge of component design, variants, and design tokens  
• Experience with AI-related design tools such as Lovable, Figma Make and Base 44, demonstrating ability to leverage AI innovation in your workflow  
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to augment your design workflow, increasing efficiency without compromising quality  
• Strong communication skills—open, honest, and solution-oriented  
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for co-creation and agile teamwork  
• Ability to work under tight project schedules while maintaining design excellence 

Nice-to-haves 

• Experience with Framer or Webflow (big bonus) 
• Interaction design or prototyping tools such as ProtoPie 
• Animation knowledge (Lottie, After Effects, etc.) 

 Compensation & Benefits 

• €50.000 – €60.000 per year, including secondary benefits, excluding stock-related bonuses 
• 25 days paid holiday 
• Hybrid work: Up to you, but roughly ~2 days per week in our Amsterdam studio, 3 days remote 
• Company laptop and external screen for your home office setup
