The Mission
After successfully cracking the SME market in The Netherlands, AIAIAI is ready to grow further in European markets. We have the playbook, the tech stack, and the momentum. Now, we need the "boots on the ground" leadership to replicate—and improve—this success in new territories.
As our Country Lead, you won’t just be managing a territory; you will be building a business unit from 0 to 1. You are responsible for taking our proven Dutch model and translating it into a dominant market position in your region.

Specifics to be agreed. But overall, we are looking for a partner, not just an employee. This role includes the option to join as a ‘late co-founder’, invest in exchange for a sizable equity package, and a fixed + performance-based component in compensation.
Responsibilities
- Ownership: execute and adapt the 0-1 playbook to your own country to ensure success.
- Revenue: act as the primary "sales hunter" initially, closing the first 10-20 SME accounts personally before scaling the team. Large network required.
- Team: recruit, train, and lead a high-performing local i) sales and ii) customer success team. The tech team will be centralized in Amsterdam.
- Thought leadership: act as the face of AIAIAI in your country, speaking at events and engaging with local SME ecosystems. Ensure we become the market leader on the ‘AI adoption’ side in European companies.
- Feedback: work closely with the HQ product team to ensure local market nuances are integrated into the core platform.
Personality
- Ownership: this is not a high-paid job with comfort. It’s a lot of work for a potentially great upside if you succeed. Serial entrepreneurs preferred over corporate success.
- Expertise: you don’t just use AI; you understand the architecture, security, ethical, and change management components of it. You’ve explained this to C-level time and time again, and led AI transformations before. Your run OpenClaw on MacMinis over the weekend for fun.
- Sales: you have a proven track record of leading sales growth from 0-1 in B2B SaaS, specifically targeting the SME segment. Your sales style could be categorized as ‘consultative selling’.
- Translator: you effortlessly translate technical AI know-how into business acumen, Dutch culture to local culture, and ‘use cases on the ground’ to C-level discussions.
- Experience in strategy consulting companies (e.g. McK, Bain, BCG) where you explained (agentic) AI to executives is a bonus.
