Position Overview: The People & Culture Intern will provide support to the People & Culture team to enhance employee engagement, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in EME P&C operations and understand the critical role that People & Culture plays in a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and those departing.
- Participate in the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Collaborate with the team on local activations
- Assist in organizing training and development sessions.
- Create POs
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR and people management functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative
