About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering large-scale data quality improvements and driving cross-functional change? We’re looking for a Project Manager who excels in structured delivery, stakeholder leadership, and navigating complex Finance and Data landscapes.

In this role, you’ll oversee end-to-end remediation of Finance data quality issues, align teams to the operating model, and ensure solutions are designed, tested, and implemented effectively.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Lead delivery of Finance data quality remediation initiatives from planning through verification.
• Ensure alignment to the Finance Data Quality Issue Management operating model.
• Drive collaboration across Finance, Change, IT, and Treasury Data teams with clear communication and coordinated plans.
• Manage triage, solution design, build, testing, and validation of data quality fixes.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigations; escalate appropriately to key stakeholders.
• Provide accurate, meaningful progress and status reporting.
• Influence decision-making to keep delivery on track and ensure benefits realisation.
• Manage scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and baselined commitments.
• Build strong senior stakeholder relationships across markets and GBGFs.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience delivering projects in Data, Finance, or Change environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with structured project methodologies, governance frameworks, and reporting.
• Solid track record of managing scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Ability to understand data quality issues and drive teams through remediation lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and driving clarity.

✨ Nice-to-Have

• Experience mentoring offshore or distributed teams.
• Background working in large financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Finance processes, Treasury data, or data governance models.
• Familiarity with data quality tooling, controls, or operating models.

📍 Location: Hybrid - 2x a week. Cracow, Poland
