Employee Journey Specialist

What will you do?

As the Employee Journey Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the experiences of our employees across every stage of their journey at Plat4mation. This is more than just a strategic role — you will be actively involved in operationalizing changes, ensuring smooth implementation and execution of global processes, and collaborating with process owners to drive impactful results.

Your will work on creating meaningful programs and initiatives that are mostly focused on improving onboarding and learning & development processes, which will ultimately aim to foster employee engagement and a sense of belonging. By ensuring every step of the employee journey aligns with our core values, you’ll directly contribute to building a thriving and empowered workforce.

Scope of work:

• Drive continuous improvements in onboarding, engagement, and training programs in collaboration with process owners.
• Design, develop, and refine comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance new hire productivity and integration. This includes creating tailored onboarding frameworks for Post-Merger Integration (PMI) scenarios, ensuring seamless cultural and operational alignment for employees transitioning into the organization after mergers or acquisitions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the employee journey from pre-boarding to career development.
• Design and implement impactful training programs tailored to employee growth and organizational needs.
• Drive initiatives to improve learning effectiveness, utilizing our new Learning Experience Platform
• Leverage insights from employee data to craft strategies that boost satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor KPIs such as ESAT (Employee Satisfaction) and time-to-productivity, implementing solutions to achieve measurable improvements.

We ask

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in implementing training programs, improving onboarding processes, and developing employee engagement initiatives.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus, as well as familiarity with working in a service-oriented organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally, ensuring ideas are effectively executed and aligned with company goals.
• A proactive mindset, coupled with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
