Senior Transformation and Change Manager

What will you do?

As a Senior Change & Transformation Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, enabling organizations to achieve sustainable transformation outcomes. With our Advisory Services we help clients define strategies, roadmaps, change approaches. We bring a holistic, enterprise-wide perspective to transformation and ensure that technology, including ServiceNow where appropriate is always aligned to business strategy and outcomes.

Increasingly, this also means helping organizations navigate the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on business transformation and change. You will support clients in understanding how AI, including AI within ServiceNow, reshapes operating models, roles, and ways of working, and you will play a role in guiding them through this new dimension of transformation.

Scope of work:

• Leading advisory engagements for large-scale, complex transformation programs, designing change and transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Providing strategic and tactical guidance to executives and program sponsors on adoption, organizational alignment, and measurable business outcomes.
• Designing and overseeing enterprise-wide change & transformation strategies, covering stakeholder management, organizational alignment, communications, and capability building.
• Supporting sales and business development by shaping proposals, co-leading pursuits, and actively contributing to winning new deals—bringing in opportunities through your own network where possible.
• Serving as the community lead for our Transformation & Change capability, fostering knowledge sharing, mentoring junior and medior OCM consultants within the local Organization Units, and developing reusable assets and best practices.
• Remaining hands-on and billable: not shying away from executional OCM or delivery work when required, ensuring credibility with clients and alignment with our delivery teams.
• Acting as a thought leader by contributing to our Advisory portfolio development, publishing points of view, and representing the firm externally

We ask

• 8+ years of professional experience in organizational change, transformation, and advisory consulting.
• Proven track record in strategic change & transformation programs in complex, global environments.
• Experience working in a platform-agnostic advisory capacity, with the ability to design transformation strategies that extend beyond specific technologies (Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise platforms is a plus).
• Strong experience in advisory consulting, including strategy design, operating model transformation, transformation roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement at C-level.
• Exposure to or experience with business transformation and change in the context of AI (incl. AI for ServiceNow), and a strong interest in shaping how AI impacts operating models, ways of working, and organizational change is preferred.
• Familiarity with change management and transformation frameworks (e.g., Kotter, Prosci/ADKAR, McKinsey 7-S, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business development, including proposal shaping, deal support, and client relationship building.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to grow a practice area and lead a professional community.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate.
