Job Description
- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
- Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA.
- Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front-end systems.
- Front-end: React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI.
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, PHP.
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- Other Skills: Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities.
- Nice to have: Banking experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, Agile methodologies and best coding practice.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
