About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformation across our global R&D organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership and Scrum teams to strengthen Agile practices, enable high-quality delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organization-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Managers, Engineering teams, and senior leaders on Agile best practices.
- Implement and refine Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean-Agile).
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, training, and maturity assessments.
- Identify and remove organizational impediments to improve delivery performance.
- Support Agile engineering initiatives including CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
- Track Agile metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
- 8–10+ years of proven Agile Coaching experience in large/global R&D environments.
- Strong experience working with Director/VP-level leadership.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and transformation practices.
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based product engineering environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps culture, and test automation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
