We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master with 7–10 years of experience to lead Agile teams and drive delivery excellence. The candidate will play a key role in mentoring teams, scaling Agile practices, and ensuring high-quality product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Lead and mentor multiple Agile teams to achieve high performance
- Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners for backlog grooming and prioritization
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team capacity
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively
- Support scaling frameworks like SAFe or enterprise Agile transformations
- 7–10 years of overall IT experience with strong Agile exposure
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master for multiple teams/projects
- Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles
- Strong expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in handling distributed/onshore-offshore teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification
- Experience in Agile transformation initiatives
- Background in software development or project management
- Must be comfortable working in afternoon shift (1 PM – 10 PM)
- Cab facility provided for employee convenience
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
