Scrum Master

Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience leading Agile delivery for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP implementations. Skilled in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching cross-functional teams, and driving enterprise application projects to successful completion. In this role, you will champion Agile practices, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader, promoting Agile values and principles throughout the organization.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and demos.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and global clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business needs.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity, autonomy, and agility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Remove impediments and support changes that improve team performance and efficiency.
• Champion a Lean-Agile mindset and continuously drive process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead distributed teams and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
