People & Culture Coordinator Project Role (12-Month Fixed Term) $90k plus super based in inner west

We are seeking a motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join a dynamic organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This newly created role will support a series of strategic projects, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance during a period of organisational change.


Your new role

You'll play a key role in managing HR systems, onboarding new employees, and providing advice on policies and entitlements. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to gain exposure to complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supporting the integration of multiple acquisitions across the business
  • Managing HRIS administration (Dayforce experience highly advantageous)
  • Issuing contracts, setting up employment profiles, and ensuring compliance
  • Providing guidance on awards and entitlements
  • Collaborating with line managers and practice teams during transitions


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a People & Culture or HR administration role
  • Strong knowledge of NES, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience with Dayforce HRIS
  • Exposure to large-scale projects or multi-site environments
  • Understanding of healthcare or service-based industries
