People & Culture Coordinator Project Role (12-Month Fixed Term) $90k plus super based in inner west

- Supporting the integration of multiple acquisitions across the business
- Managing HRIS administration (Dayforce experience highly advantageous)
- Issuing contracts, setting up employment profiles, and ensuring compliance
- Providing guidance on awards and entitlements
- Collaborating with line managers and practice teams during transitions
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a People & Culture or HR administration role
- Strong knowledge of NES, Fair Work Act, and Modern Awards
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with Dayforce HRIS
- Exposure to large-scale projects or multi-site environments
- Understanding of healthcare or service-based industries
