Senior Full Stack PHP Engineer

Hybrid position - 2 days on site

Join a fast-growing, well-backed greenfield SaaS venture, built from the ground up with AI at its core. Based in Dublin, you’ll be part of a collaborative, high-calibre team where autonomy, speed, and real impact drive everything, and your ideas directly shape the product’s direction.

In this senior role, you’ll take the lead on core technical decisions and define the platform’s architecture from day one. You’ll mentor a small, agile team while staying deeply hands-on, developing scalable, cloud-native systems using JavaScript, React, and AWS.

In this role, you’ll help design and deliver features across our frontend and backend, delivering technical excellence and scalability throughout the stack.

You’ll work with PHP (Symfony), MySQL, AWS, SQS, and Kubernetes, building APIs and intuitive UIs that handle millions of data events securely and efficiently.

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years experience, with strong PHP backend experience
• Strong React, Node.js, and AWS skills
• Passion for driving technical excellence and collaboration
